POSITION SUMMARY: Currently, we have an excellent career opportunity for a Senior Recruiter with Combined Insurance, part of the ACE Group of Companies.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Primary contact for all divisional staffing needs
Recruit for Market Directors, Territory Managers and Sales Agents
Manage and coach Internet Specialists and the Local Area Recruiter for the Division.
Assign markets and sourcing leads to Internet Specialists
Develop and implement recruiting requirements for Internet Specialists and Local Recruiters
Source candidates within the Division
Develop local recruiting and sourcing strategies in collaboration with Divisional Managers, Market Directors and Local Recruiters
Ensure recruiting targets are achieved for all markets
Conduct preliminary interviews to ensure candidates meet quality standards
Maintain and utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Administer online assessment tools
Maintain regular communication with Divisional Managers to obtain their feedback on candidates and make hiring recommendations.
Attend quarterly on-site market meetings
Position requires quarterly overnight travel to market divisions.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Must possess 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) required; knowledge of applicant tracking database preferred.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in HR Management or business related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
